 Carlos Molinet
Carlos M. Molinet, (aka Mr. Possibilities) Certified Hotel Administrator is the Director of Operations for LXR Resorts and Hotels Ft. Lauderdale, and the General Manager of the Ft. Lauderdale Grande Hotel. Prior to that Carlos was the Area General Manger for the Hyatt Pier 66 and Bahia Mar Beach Resort. Carlos is a 25 year veteran of the hospitality industry which has included General Manager Positions in such prestigious hotels as the Grand Bay Miami, Westin Providence, Wyndham BelAge, Wyndham Old San Juan Hotel and Casino, and Palmas Del Mar Beach Resort.
Carlos has an extensive background in Leadership training and development, as well as vast experience in financial and operational development, which led Carlos to create The Molinet Institute where as President he assesses client needs and helps them to realize their potential and teaches them how to unlock their possibilities which allows them to maximize their performance. His training and presentation experience includes a variety of topics ranging from Time/Stress Management, Motivation, Team Building, Communication Skills to Transformational Development. His unique approach, energetic style, sense of optimism, and commitment to transforming others make his workshops informative, and lead individuals to achieve new beginnings.
