Yolanda Harris is the President and CEO of The Keynote Group, a successful booking agency that brings speakers from around the world to empower, inspire and enlighten people.
Yolanda founded The Keynote Group with the sole purpose, “to make a difference in other people’s lives.” Yolanda’s mission is to educate and teach companies how to run organizations successfully and have employees who are balanced all while maintaining revenue and being profitable. Her passion for helping others achieve success in their business and life led her to work with organizations to provide ideas for successful events and innovative speakers and support them in getting their message rooted in their company. The speakers she selects not only have an empowering message but have the desire and ability to change someone’s life through their message and expertise.
Yolanda worked with and ran a division for the Anthony Robbins Companies. She has also had the honor of working with other high profile speakers; Les Brown, Jeffrey Gitomer, Cynthia Kersey and Keith Harrell.
Yolanda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a Minor in Marketing from the University of Redlands in California.
She is the President of the Entrepreneurs Council for Wayne Huizenga School of Business at Nova South Eastern University, helping young entrepreneurs with their goals and dreams of one day running their own business. Yolanda also works on the policy committee for the National Movement for America’s Children and serves on the board for Prevent Child Abuse America – a national organization that builds awareness and provides education to prevent child neglect and abuse for our nation’s youth.

Joelle La Rue-Gardner is the Director of Operations and Booking Manager. She is here to help make your experience easier. She has a wealth of diverse office experience having worked as an Administrative Assistant to a Naturopathic Doctor, Head Administrative Assistant at a Middle School and an Admissions Coordinator at Carnegie Mellon University. Joelle serves as the liaison between meeting planners, clients and our booking team, and provides a seamless booking process.
Before joining The Keynote Group, Joelle finished her studies at Carnegie Mellon University where she completed a Master’s degree in Clarinet Performance as well as an advanced certificate in Orchestral Performance. Her music training has given her a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

As the Blogging Strategist Meghan’s expertise is in implementing multiple online initiatives, building brand awareness for our speakers. Her experience with bloggers and social media allows clients and The Keynote Group to expand their message and online presence.
Meghan began her career as an account coordinator for The Zimmerman Agency managing luxury travel. There she garnered millions of dollars worth of publicity by reaching national, regional and local audiences. Through pitching, negotiating, securing and executing trade-based radio, television broadcasts, media visits, as well as print and online press coverage at no cost to her clients -- including the NY Times, LA Times, Cosmopolitan, Woman's Day, About.com and many more.
Meghan has worked with Cover Story Communications as an Account Executive; pursuing her love of public relations in connection with home and lifestyle consumer brands and as the Content Specialist with Giant Eagle, Inc., overseeing the creation, implementation and maintenance of their Blogger Outreach Program.
Meghan graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Public Relations, minor in Leadership and outside concentration in Business Administration.
