After 20 years in the corporate market, Yolanda started The Keynote Group in 2003 when she saw a need to assist business professionals in building successful speaking businesses. As a result, The Keynote Group is now a full service speaker development and management company. Our keynote speakers are not only managed but trained for the top level of performance by Yolanda Harris.

A trusted business coach, leadership advisor and expert in building businesses, Yolanda Harris came to the motivational speaking industry with more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in the areas of marketing, real estate, finance and business development. Prior to forming her company, The Keynote Group, Yolanda worked in the financial industry with First Interstate and Wells Fargo, where she specialized in corporate training and transition management. On the commercial real estate side, she launched a beta-test team model in San Diego for CB Richard Ellis, where she excelled in sales management and increased annual revenues by $2.2 million, earning her the company’s prestigious “Rookie of the Year” award.

 

Yolanda’s passion for excellence in leadership, and implementation of change, led her to internationally-known authority on peak performance, Anthony Robbins, where she directed the coaching sales division, helping evolve the department into a cohesive and highly profitable team. Having worked closely with the motivational speaking maverick, Yolanda quickly carved out a unique niche for herself, one that combined her enthusiasm for influential speakers with her mastery of building remarkable and financially successful businesses. Following this passion, Yolanda continued to lend her expertise to other high profile speakers such as Keith Harrell, Les Brown, Jeffrey Gitomer, Cynthia Kersey and Bob Burg.

 

In 2003, Yolanda established The Keynote Group, which represents a talented roster of clientele from an array of industries. The company supports highly-acclaimed authorities in their field looking to perfect their message, as well as top performing Fortune 500 executives make the transition from corporate America to entrepreneurial speaker. By leveraging their unique selling points, Yolanda helps a pool of leaders build a world-class speaking business.

 

Yolanda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a Minor in Marketing from the University of Redlands in California. She serves on the Young Entrepreneurs Council for Wayne Huizenga School of Business at Nova South Eastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

 

Yolanda resides in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she thrives on a healthy and sunny lifestyle.
